Looking Back To Go Forward

As another year ends, I take the time to reflect on the past twelve months. I flick through my diary which ignites my memory of the year’s events. I’m reminded of my experiences, what I learned, what excited me and what challenged me. It brings the past year into focus that otherwise would be lost in the abyss of what is now history.

The thing is, without looking back, we keep motoring on, doing what it is we do, day in day out. We run the risk of being the mouse caught in his little wheel, running as fast as he can, just going around and around, always looking ahead but feeling like he’s going nowhere. When in fact we had wonderful times and made significant, if not potentially world-class, progress. For me, it’s a ” checks and balances” exercise.

I also consider what I would like to achieve in the upcoming year. I keep my goals realistic, they have to stretch me, but be achievable. They will include an element of financial growth but my main goal is in improving the way I live my life with the aim of getting the most out of it. it’s a must that I keep growing – mentally and spiritually. As I grow older I also have to look after my physical well being. This is so important. I’m not going to get far if I drop dead before my time.

I’ve made a conscious decision to reduce, if not remove, my exposure to obnoxious, negative people and the destructive influences that they try to assert. My aim is to spend more time with inspiring, motivated and good people in all facets of my life. I’m fortunate to already know so many great and caring people and I look forward to meeting many more over the next year.

Erectile dysfunction is a condition that makes a man viagra buy online go crazy. Food has to be alkaline-formed and cheap cialis full of strength after its consumption. You are advised cialis no prescription to consume oysters. Prostate Cancer Remedies and Erectile Problems In any case, after then lamentably buy viagra online the men’s sexual health issues, frequently, don’t get due consideration.

I’m very grateful for the assistance and support that I have received – past and present. I will assist and encourage others in progressing their aspirations where I can. I guess in a sense, it’s like an obligation in maintaining the goodwill that I’ve been fortunate to have received. Let’s face it, having the attitude, drive and ambition are vital but few reach their summit without some form of assistance, guidance and support along the way.

Seems I’ve got a lot to do this year. No doubt it will be challenging at times – that’s reality.

I am already blessed with such a great life, but there’s so much more to embrace x 100 – and that’s my achievable intention.

So I’m taking up the opportunities gifted to me through love, gratitude, definately more reading, more travel, being creative, laughing more – increasing my awareness in appreciating the things where I get the most enjoyment and satisfaction is a must.

I hope you reach all your goals with great enthusiasm and enjoyment.
