When your motivation has gone AWOL, the ability to remain disciplined would seem to be the difference. Continuing to do whatever it is that you need to do. Getting to and out of bed at the right time, starting your day on the right foot, putting that pen to paper, doing your regular exercise, picking up that book, doing the practice or training that’s required – maintaining the discipline whether your motivated or not.
